How the Plan Works
- This is a 12-month plan, billed monthly for convenience
- Your plan includes scheduled maintenance and exclusive member benefits
- Plans automatically renew each year so your coverage continues without interruption
Maintenance Visits
- Visits are scheduled throughout the year based on your plan
- Any unused visits expire at the end of your 12-month term
Repairs & Coverage (VIP Plan)
- Most common repairs are covered under your plan
- VIP plans include up to $500 per year in covered repairs (combined for heating & cooling)
- If a repair exceeds this amount, we’ll always review and approve it with you first

Cancellation
This is a 12-month plan designed to provide full seasonal coverage.
If you choose to cancel early:
